The MM26 Blade Knocker is a shad-shaped float-body bucktail lure. The hand-carved body of the bait rotates freely on a .062” stainless steel shaft. Unlike other float-body bucktails, the Blade Knocker is built with a one-knocker system inside its freely rotating, hand-carved, shad-shaped body. A 3/0 BKK Spear 21 treble hangs from the belly of the shad-shaped float body. The rear hook hanger is equipped with an in-shop custom-built 3/0 BKK Spear 21 ball bearing swivel hook. Each rear-dressed ball bearing swivel hook comes equipped with a hand-tied size 2 fluted Indiana blade. Upon initial retrieve of the Blade Knocker, the lead blade combination will instantly begin to spin on a size 6 dual-blade clevis. The shad-shaped body will float the bucktail on retrieve in a head-down posture. The size 2 fluted Indiana blade keeps the rear treble in proper strike position at all times during retrieve. The Blade Knocker sinks at a super slow, approximate 4 feet per 10 seconds. The Blade Knocker can be fished at all speeds, from slow rolling to waking on top.
